Korean School of Amsterdam Impersonation Scam Alert
As the Korean School of Amsterdam has grown in popularity, there have been increasing incidents of scammers sending fraudulent emails impersonating the school’s name. We are taking strong action against this and have already requested an investigation by cyber police.
We would like to emphasize the following points:
- We do not solicit money by impersonating teacher recruitment via email.
- All teachers at the Korean School are volunteers. Therefore, teachers receive only a small stipend for their voluntary service.
- The Korean School operates exclusively on Saturdays as a weekend school. It is not a regular school that operates from Monday to Friday.
- The school does not provide accommodation or meals for teachers. As mentioned, all teachers are volunteers.
Please keep these points in mind and be cautious not to fall victim to scammers. We wish for you to remain informed and vigilant.
